We are looking for someone to assist with the mortgage operations for our high-producing mortgage broker team. The successful candidate will handle the administrative and client interactions to the point of closing the mortgage file. This individual will help remove any of the non-sales functions from the Mortgage Consultants day-to-day including basic underwriting and document collection. The Mortgage Consultants will be there to support throughout the process, however ideally they do just the client discovery and advice-giving and the Mortgage Associate/Assistant would collect documents, manage follow-ups and run the operations part of the business. The successful candidate must be extremely organized, have good customer service, and be able to handle several files at one time. Some experience in lending would be preferable, however, we will also be there to train and mentor. This is a long-term position with great growth potential.

Skills: Organizational skills, customer service, telephone skills, analytical skills and banking/finance experience.

We are looking for full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30 – 4:00

Assets: We operate on Macs and the G Suite platform: familiarity with them would be an asset.

Base salary with bonus.

Location: Vancouver
